Burger recipe for kids and grown children too! - Diabetes

 This recipe is very tasty and healthy!

200 g of lean ground beef
1 cup of chopped escarole
1 egg white
1/2 cup rolled oats fine
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients well, divide into four equal parts and making four hamburgers. Grease a pan with non-stick and fry the burger.
 
 Makes 4 Servings.
